Salesperson

Opportunity:

General Definition: 
Full time position, reporting to VP of Sales or Regional Sales Manager.  Responsible for building and managing district sales in various territories.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage sales and support infrastructure to serve the regional commercial construction community
• Communicate value proposition to regional construction network
• Manage solution delivery on a regional basis
• P/L responsibility for business unit

Qualifications and Traits:
• Experience in one or all of the following fields: construction product sales, concrete construction, concrete production, waterproofing solutions, concrete repair methods, project engineering, project management, field/market supervision, estimating, construction business development or purchasing
• Ability to work unsupervised; proven self-starting capabilities
• Proven business unit management experience
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relations with owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and ready mix concrete suppliers to achieve sales objectives for products, revenue, and profitability
• Knowledge of local construction environment
• Experience with annual budgeting process for sales/operations
• Positive self-motivated entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced demanding construction environment

Skills:
• Microsoft Office competency
• Demonstrated team skills in past positions
• Ability to learn CRM program
• Excellent oral and written skills
