Peter is the author of Concrete Repair and Maintenance, Illustrated. Peter is an active member of ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) and past president and current chairman of the SDS (Strategic Development Council). Peter is a graduate from the University of Maryland with a BSCE degree.
